What is coaching?
Coaching is a way to move forward, become unstuck, discover the person/leader you’ve always wanted to be, and address the limiting stories you’ve told yourself. Coaching comes by many names - life coaching, leadership coaching, executive coaching, career coaching, , etc. These actually all use the same principals around helping clients solve their own problems, unrelated to what the problem is.
What can you expect?
In my coaching practice, I start with a discovery session to understand your goals and values. Using that as a launching pad, we would meet every week or every other week, for 50 minutes, for 4-6 months, depending on need and availability, with frequent reflection and fine-tuning of your goals.
A typical coaching session starts with a topic you bring connected to your coaching goals. At the end of each session you will have a homework assignment, one that you design and agree to.
